I come by it honestly.
My Granny is the exact same way (this could be inherited, right??).
What am I speaking of? Sweets! I like, love, drool over any dessert. When I mean any-I mean
I have never found any type of pie, cake, cookie, or milkshake that I didn’t
automatically fall in love with.
My
sister got me this KichenAid mixer for a wedding gift. I have used it TONS since we got married in
May and it is so fun to prepare desserts! I love the weekends to be able to
have time to cook some fun recipes that I may not have time to bake throughout the
week.
Cooking Light's Bourbon-Pecan Tart with Chocolate Driz-This reminds me of Derby Pie. Being a Kentucky girl there is nothing that compares. I have such fond memories of eating Derby Pie with my grandparents when I was growing up.
Williams-Sonoma's Bananas Foster-since everyone is "clean eating" right now, the banana's make it healthy…right? :)
Paula Deen's Wilmington Island Marsh Mud Cake. Do I need to say more? This looks delicious!
