Week in Workouts {Link up}

It's been too long since I posted last.  Life has been busy lately.  But definitely good busy.  Until today we've had school ALMOST everyday (which means a longer summer break when we enjoy being off for the weather) and the hubs and I have been traveling quite a bit on the weekends.
I'm excited to jump back in with my week in workouts (even though I'm a day late!).  I'm linking up with Bliss to Bean today to discuss our week in workouts.

Sunday- Octane Fitness machine at the YMCA

Monday- 4 mile run and 2 mile walk
Tuesday- 3.8 mile run and 2 mile walk
Wednesday- Kettle bell workout with Jillian Michaels
Thursday- Insanity Cardio Circuit
Friday- out of town
Saturday-out of town

I wanted to share with y'all an awesome find.  A couple weeks ago, I saw bought these shorts.  I wanted to let every.single.one. of you know that you need a pair.  These shorts are the perfect length, are reversible, and are VERY comfortable.  Absolutely PERFECT for working out and only $20!

Last week we had pretty weather MOST days of the week.  Although today is gross, the rest of the week is supposed to be pretty.  I'm ready for some warmer weather!  Happy St. Patrick's Day!
